Planning
Key decisions that should be made early in multilingual event planning
Language combinations matter, but access model and technical routing matter just as much.
Late decisions in multilingual event planning most often damage technical alignment and participant experience. Language count, interpretation model, subtitle needs, and distribution flows should be clarified early.
Hybrid formats are especially sensitive because in-room participants and remote listeners rarely consume language access in the same way. Language delivery therefore belongs at the centre of event design.
